Build A Body Personal Training offers a wide variety of group fitness classes to include (but not limited to):

Mature Muscles Strength & Balance

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10-10:45 a.m.
  • $5 per class or FREE for SilverSneakers and Silver & Fit members

Ashtanga Yoga (all levels)

  • Mondays 5:30-6:30 p.m.
  • $15 per class or FREE for seniors (age 65+) and veterans

Virtual Mature Muscles Strength & Balance

  • Tuesday & Thursday 11-11:30 a.m.
  • $5 per class or FREE for SilverSneakers and Silver & Fit members

Mature Muscles Movement

  • Tuesday 10-10:45 a.m.
  • $5 per class or FREE for SilverSneakers and Silver & Fit members

Mature Muscles Interval Training

  • Thursday 10-10:45 a.m.
  • $5 per class or FREE for SilverSneakers and Silver & Fit members

All group fitness instructors are certified in their respective group fitness class and hold a current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Many community events are also held to include:

  • Lunch and Learn Sessions
  • Nutritional Seminars
  • Self-Protection Seminars

  • Dance Recitals
  • Family Fitness
  • Group Fitness – sports teams, cub scouts, etc.
  • Kids' Fitness

  • Yoga, Zumba, Line Dancing, Pilates, Kickboxing, and more!

Reminder: Build A Body group fitness classes will be closed when Green Local Schools are closed due to weather conditions.
